The graduate program in Neural & BehaviouralSciences was established at the University of Tübingen in 1999 through the joint efforts of the Medical School, the School of Biology and the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics.  Training is also provided by prestigious research institutions such as the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience, the Hertie Institute for Clinical Brain Research, and the Natural & Medical Sciences Institute.
